How do you ship?

I ship globally🌍. Shipping will be higher for international package deliveries.

How long will it take to fulfill my order?

Normally orders will ship out in a couple of days from when you place your order. Custom order requests can take 1-3 weeks for completion. I will be in contact with you throughout the process. 

How are shipping cost calculated?

Shipping cost are calculated by the weight of each item and packaging. This total is in accordance with the weight standards of the USPS.

How will I know if my order has been shipped? 

You will receive tracking information sent to your email address that you have provided.

Do you accept custom orders?

YES! I do a lot of custom orders. My customers contact me and tell me what they are interested in and I bring their vision to fruition. If you see something on the site that is sold, just email me at esheartz@gmail.com with a description of the item you are interested in and I will respond back letting you know that I am able to recreate it and we will go from there. Tip: The custom process means that it will be special for you so the more information that you can give me as far as your measurements go, and what you like, the smoother the process will go and it will  help me to create your idea 💡.Thank you in advance. 

Will Covid delay my package?

It is a possibility that there could be a slight delay in the shipping process if the postal service is having delays. If there are any delays due to the global situation that is going on, I will let you know ASAP, but plan for a smooth process.

What is your return policy?

If you have any issues with any of your items within 30 days from your purchase please contact me to discuss at esheartz@gmail.com. Depending upon what the issue is, a return may not be necessary. We will be able to discuss replacements etc. Just reach out to me so we can communicate about your issue so it can be rectified as quickly as possible.
